If you studied in Baguio post 1990 earthquake then you probably wouldn't have heard about it because the gates were locked for a long,long time. However, prior to 1990, it was in full operation. It is located along General Luna Road just slightly behind the SLU Laboratory School. It is actually close to UB. I heared recently that they've made it into a Diagnostic Center. Very beautiful place actually.
